Job Readiness Program
This program supports participants with job training, supportive services, and job search assistance. It includes:
Marlboro Jobs Readiness Program offers a comprehensive system of assessment, planning, training, job placement, and support for job seekers in Marlboro County. Individual career assessments are conducted to evaluate risks, needs, education levels, employability, and recidivism likelihood. These Individual Development Plans (IDPs) developed through one-on-one career counseling.
Supportive Services
Participants may receive assistance with interview attire, certification fees, textbooks, childcare, and more. Peer-to-peer learning, integrated with traditional instruction, supports harder-to-reach populations by enhancing social and cognitive development and building transferable employment skills.

Bridge Programs help low-income individuals transition from economic instability to sustainable employment by offering training in:
Life Skills Program
This 36-week program partners employed participants with volunteer co-partners to focus on personal development, financial literacy, healthy relationships, and long-term planning. Evening sessions also include a children’s curriculum, fostering financial literacy and academic support for the whole family.

Job Readiness Program
